Our Promise

We believe that satisfied customers are the only way we can measure success, and we will do everything we can to achieve total customer satisfaction.

If any customer should ever experience a problem with any of our systems, we promise to respond promptly to get the system back in operation, and at a fair price.

We provide one full year of FREE on-site repair service for nearly every new system we install. If any equipment defects arise, they will be corrected at no charge (for both parts and labor) even if the cost is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

We encourage all customers to help us find more ways to serve them better. We firmly believe that if we can do a better job, our customers and our own company will both benefit.
